    At PTR Baler & Compactor we have a dual focus – Helping our customers and our team. Did you know that we have service centers in all 50 states? This ensures our customers can get the repair services what they need, when they need it. We understand that any amount of downtime can cause serious problems, so our network of service techs are fully equipped to handle any repairs.

    We have been proactive during the supply chain disruptions most businesses are experiencing recently. Our parts department is fully stocked – we can ship the parts needed to make needed repairs. And since all of our vertical balers and compactors are made right here in America – there are no worries about delays due to shipping and backed up ports.

    Speaking of transport, we are upgrading our Fleet of Service vehicles. We listened to our service tech’s needs and followed through to get them what they need. They’re thrilled to have an upgraded vehicle with everything they need to get the job done, with nothing holding them back. Happy employees make for a job well done! We understand that our service techs are often the face of PTR. They’re in the field interacting with our customers. The importance of their job is two fold – make any needed repairs and developing the client relationship. We are truly partners with all of our clients.
