    PTR Honored with Inaugural 2019 Philadelphia Employer of Choice

    PTR Baler and Compactor has always believed our team is our #1 asset! We’re extremely proud to announce that our company and HR department have received the inaugural 2019 Employer of Choice Award from the Office of Workforce Development– City of Philadelphia. The award is presented to organizations who have shown exemplary practices in hiring, talent development, retention, culture, and human resources. 

    It’s truly an honor to have been recognized by our city for “utilizing the hiring, retention and promotion practices that both create opportunity within your organizations and level the playing field for Philadelphians seeking to connect to career ladder opportunities.”

    PTR would like to congratulate Brent Ford, Daniel DiPasquale, and Justin Smith in particular, for their hard work. This award is a direct result of their dedication to our organization!

    We sincerely thank Director of Department Commerce Harold Epps, Executive Director of the Office of Workforce Development Sheila Ireland, and the entire City of Philadelphia for presenting us with this award.
