There has been a revolution in customer service over the past decade. Making it an experience is key. There are more choices than ever and customers are fickle. This technology is rapidly advancing. Certain cities are testing out self driving cabs. While not perfect, and it may not happen in 2024, self-driving cars will most certainly become the norm eventually. The question is – will it reduce traffic jams?!
